Added a weekly workout section

We have added a complimentary weekly workout section to our website. Right now we have HIIT Cardio Workout, 45 Minute Total Body Workout and a 30 Minute Cardio Workout. Each workout has the exercise, sets, reps and a video to demonstrate the workout. We will continue to add workouts and new sections to our website so check back often!
